We process confirmed orders through our fulfillment network and provide tracking information when your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation. COD orders may require verification before dispatch.

Delivery

Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier and serviceability. Remote locations may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, available tracking details are shared through your order/shipping notifications. You can also sign in to your DARKE account and check the Orders section.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available where supported. Verification may be required before dispatch.
